Shipping policy

Order Processing

We process orders between Monday and Friday.

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We offer a number of shipping options that can be selected at checkout.

Free Shipping

Products included in the relevant promotion offer free standard shipping, excluding remote areas such as U.S. islands.

Expedited Shipping

Orders must be placed by 6 PM PST to start processing the same day. All orders received after 6 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

Please allow 2 business days for processing and 6–13 days for transit.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only; therefore, Innosparkle is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

For destinations outside the United States (Rest of World), shipping availability, methods, and rates are determined by the exact delivery address and the information displayed on our website at checkout.

Order Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days after being placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

NOTE: If you don't receive a response from our Customer Service team for an extended period (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your email's Spam folder. Our messages may have been filtered incorrectly by your email provider.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update it, which could cause delays. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which could delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by your local post office or courier service. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service and received with your regular mail. If you are not home during delivery, a notice card may be left with instructions for collection.

Please fill in your address in full detail. Otherwise, the package we mail to you may be returned to us, or we may be unable to process your request to avoid unnecessary trouble.
